Those Wonderful October Days........

Sophie was a flower girl for a wedding and came over prior to the wedding. Lily had a similar dress, so of course I had to snap a few shots of the two of them......

The end of summer....

We had such a busy, but wonderful summer. Lily was busy with horse camp, art camp, vacation bible school, lots of swimming, and a week's trip with us to the beach in North Carolina. Although I do love the fall, I will miss the unstructured, but busy days of summer. It is definitely Lily's favorite time of year. One more week of horse camp, and then getting ready for school. It went much too fast.....

Our first place winner!

Lily was in her first horse show and won two 1st place ribbons! Sure she was the only one to compete in her age group, but it didn't matter to her (or us). She was just as proud as she could be of those ribbons. And we were so proud of her!
